Orders may be placed by phone, fax, or e-mail. To ensure that your order is shipped in the most expeditious and accurate manner, please provide the following information:

Customer Name or Account Number, phone, FAX and e-mail address.
Purchase order number or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted).
Carolina Liquid Chemistries catalog number and product name.
Quantity of product to be purchased
Shipping and billing addresses
Date product is needed

International customers can make purchases by wire transfer or by letter of credit. To send a wire transfer, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-714-529-1616.

When placing an order with the letter of credit (LC), please send the original LC by express mail to Carolina Liquid Chemistries, 510 W. Central Avenue, Suite C,  Brea, California 92821.
